ConTessa is a group of gamers who are passionate about getting more women involved in running, talking about, and creating tabletop roleplaying games. The Voxelles are a Chicago-based organization fostering gender diversity in the video games industry. 

Join Aaron Amendola as he interviews Voxelle Sarah Sexton and ConTessa member Sarah Richardson about their experiences with closing the gender gap in gaming, organizing fellow women gamers, and pushing to get more women into leadership roles in the gaming industry.
